Really easy, welcoming experience, no problems at all.

I recently had an excellent experience at Bangor Dental Academy after being referred by my dentist due to ongoing pain. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled efficiently and professionally—I was seen promptly and had X-rays taken within minutes.

Following the assessment, I was advised that my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted and was offered the option to have the procedure done immediately, which I really appreciated. The explanation of the treatment was clear and thorough throughout, helping me feel informed and at ease.

Dr Taha was polite, enthusiastic, and reassuring, making what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Although the procedure took a bit longer than expected due to the strength of my bone, I remained comfortable the entire time. I was kept informed and encouraged throughout, which made a huge difference.

Lacy, the dental nurse, was also incredibly supportive and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and well cared for during the procedure.

After the treatment, I was given clear and detailed aftercare instructions, along with an information sheet to take home, which was very helpful.

I truly can’t praise the service I received enough—professional, compassionate, and highly efficient from start to finish. I would highly recommend Bangor Dental Academy to anyone in need of dental care.

Very friendly professional listened to me, answered any question I had even though I'm not a patient of theirs, but an emergency visit, treated me as if I was known to them, had my appointment on time, actually 5mins early, never been to the dentist before without it being past my time, out the door as soon as possible, very pleasant visit, wish I were a patient of theirs

I had my first appointment at Bangor Dental Academy this morning and I couldn’t fault the service. I met Dr Emily Luck, who was very friendly and professional. As someone who’s always been nervous of going to dentist, her friendly and informative approach was reassuring.
The practice itself is very smart and modern. Not your average dental practice, I would highly recommend!

Walking into this practice today was impressive. The entrance is small but I was just amazed at how big it is inside and with state of the art facilities. Staff were brilliant and the dentist Hannah was just wonderful. She spent so much time with me and looked through my xrays and OPG explaining everything in detail. I have never had this much person centred care from a dentist. I am really impressed and so grateful that we have this dental practice in Bangor, we are very lucky! Very highly recommend.
