Excellent communication from practice made sure I had plenty of reminders. I had an old metal filling replaced by a very competent and pleasant trainee (under supervision of fully 2 qualified trainers) I felt comfortable, relaxed and was fully informed and consulted throughout the procedure. By far the least unpleasant visit to a dentist in nearly sixty years!

I cannot thank Jenny and Tina enough for their incredible care when my mum became very unwell yesterday. They handled a high-pressure situation with total professionalism—providing oxygen, a fan, and staying calm while waiting for an emergency ambulance. Even though it was past their 8pm closing time, they never rushed us; they stayed by her side, reassuring us both that everything would be okay. Their kindness and dedication are unmatched. They truly deserve a pay rise! We are forever grateful. 💙

After so many years of not being able to see a Dentist on the NHS, I am finally registered at Dental Academy Bangor. I am being looked after by Ravi and his team and I have had a partial denture fitted and see the Hygienist.
I am starting to feel so much better in myself and am starting to smile again!
