I have been attending Helen’s Bay Dental since 2018. Following my extensive treatment back then, I smile with confidence all the time now. Today I visited Gill the hygienist and was advised of another tip for keeping my teeth in tip top condition. 5 stars for all the staff. I simply love my visits.

Implants and extractions
After my very successful treatment here I felt compelled to write a review as the experience was amazing.
After a lifetime of negative dental experiences this was such a refreshing change.
Firstly, the caring and friendly staff put me right at ease. Yes, there was a lot of work to be done. I’d neglected my teeth for many years; however, I now have a smile with perfect teeth to show off.
For me the star of the practice had to be Edward Small, a young, highly talented dentist. He put me right at ease and throughout all the various appointments, I can honestly say I never felt a moment of anxiety or pain
I absolutely recommend this wonderful practice. I’d go as far as saying … there can be nowhere better in N.Ireland

Had my second hygienist appointment with Lorraine today. Everything went well. I would encourage anyone to make an appointment, it's very relaxing and totally painless. Lorraine is a lovely woman with a very gentle disposition and your comfort is paramount in her surgery. I'm delighted as usual with my appointment.

The team is wonderful
This is my second time getting an implant for a missing tooth because the first implant is still tight and strong. I am a nervous patient and the team is wonderful and put me at ease. The use of super modern technology is impressive and Dr Lidia Ferritto works so carefully and gently I felt in the best of hands. Great aftercare, too - I am so glad I opted for another implant to be able to keep my teeth in working order.
