Very relaxing & reassuring
What can I say …. As usual words are inadequate to express how overwhelmed I always am at the limitless patience & courtesy from the staff in HBDP. Today I saw Lorraine Huyton the first time & I could not ask for more. I found her gentle manner very relaxing & reassuring.
She was all of the above & more.

Overall, great experience! Staff were lovely and treatment was great.
Only disappointment was that the camera and screen were not working, so I felt I maybe didn't get the full experience.

Helens Bay Journey
Previous to my visit I phoned Helens Bay twice, hung up as to be honest the whole process seemed quite scary. After my initial appointment I was even shocked that it would be possible to have it done as I had gum disease. After I was reassured by Gareth that it would be possible I decided to go ahead as timing was important. From that moment on I have found the whole experience from the teeth extractions to now where I am soon due to have my finished bridge I have found Edward to be very very informative and made me feel very comfortable in every stage of my journey during all the fittings. He is such a lovely person and I felt very relaxed with him during all procedures. All staff there from receptionists to the ladies assisting have been so nice and courteous to me and I can't forget Glenda who initially informed me what the process would entail. All in all I have only good things to say about Helens Bay and all staff.

Jill is very thorough and attentive. She provides a real deep clean of my teeth and explains any problem areas. As a nervous patient I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned with Jill.

Very efficient and friendly service
As always, my appointment was exactly on time with no waiting. This had not been my previous experience in other dentists. Recently I needed an emergency checkup and this was accommodated very quickly and yesterday‘s visit. Brainne had already reviewed the notes from my emergency check up and did a quick follow up. I would recommend Helens Bay Dental Practice to anyone.

The hygienist and her assistant were on time and efficient! The hygienist outlined/explained the treatment well and answered my questions confidently which was reassuring and made me relaxed and comfortable. My visit was a successful one with gum and wisdom teeth issues resolved.
