I had a front tooth dental implant.
The whole process went extremely smoothly. The customer service was exceptional and the end implant is excellent. I highly recommend helens bay dental pratcice.

Emergency hygienist visit
Recently I had a hygienist visit at Helen’s Bay Dental and had an excellent score of zero.
Today I had phoned to seek advice for slightly swollen gums, minor bleeding, and some breath issues. I was given an appointment at short notice. This was 1 hour long and time well spent. I had a very detailed examination and deep clean of both gums and teeth. The whole experience was full of interesting hygiene details and areas where I might upgrade my cleaning techniques.
This was a most helpful friendly and fun visit leaving me feeling fresh and polished.
Thank you girls for taking care of me while getting the job done. Excellent service!

Brilliant first visit at Helen’s Bay Dental
From the moment I walked in, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was seen by Shelley and from the start of the appointment, she was brilliant. I am normally quite nervous when it comes to anything dental, but Shelley was very understanding and explained everything to me about the appointment, putting me immediately at ease. I look forward to my next appointment on Friday with the service I received

Pain free root canal!
When I was told I needed root canal work done I cringed and when Mark said I wouldn’t feel anything, did I believe him? No! I’d had root canal before so I knew - or thought I did. Things have changed since then and I can honestly say the whole experience was completely pain free. I was surprised and glad that I had taken Gareth’s advice to have it done sooner rather than later. I can’t rate Helens Bay dental practice highly enough. They are really professional and very understanding of issues such as anxiety. I’m really glad I registered with them.

Outstanding service
I have been a patient of the practice since day one and I have always been completely satisfied. My recent visit however was totally outstanding. On the day before Easter I needed emergency treatment. I was fitted in within a couple of hours of my phone call. I saw Gareth first and then Sarah for fitting of a new crown. Throughout I was treated with a combination of professionalism and care about how I was feeling.
So well done to everyone at the practice. I would fully recommend Helen’s Bay Dental.
