Friendly professional treatment from start to end

I loved the way that each member of staff acknowledged me while I was waiting, which was only for a few minutes. Everyone knows what they are doing and knows which patient is next. The actual dental treatment was clearly explained and very efficiently carried out. Thanks to all staff who have treated me, in whatever capacity.

Very relaxed atmosphere.

I have been going to Helen’s Bay Dental for over 20+ years.
It is not exactly around the corner from where I live but I would go nowhere else.
Being a ‘lay person’ in dentistry they always have the most up to date equipment.
Everything is geared towards the patient’s comfort & well being.
Always ensuring that ‘the patient’ is happy.
I’m not the easiest of patients to work with. But I always feel a ‘better’ / more rejuvenated person for having been at Helen’s Bay Dental.

It was all about me!

Dr Small is one of the nicest people i have ever met.his sunny outlook and absolute enthusiasm for his job and dentistry in general is amazing.his ability to put people at ease in the surgery is greatly appreciated.he has chosen a career he loves and is in my opinion a credit to his parents and helens bay dental practice in general.he showed great interest in my case from start to finish.i am absolutely delighted with the end result.i will miss not having to attend so often.i would personally recommend the team to others as you will leave feeling 100%better about yourself when you see the many treatments on offer to get the smile you've always wanted but didn't know were to look.

Fabulous service

Fabulous service. A too vigorous floss this morning popped off my cerec. We were leaving in a couple of hours for a weekend break. Aargh. What to do? I made a call to Helens Bay Dental. I was given an appointment within 2 hours of my dental disaster. The terrific Sarah and her assistants were able to bond my cerec with professional expertise and care. I am delighted and grateful to all at the clinic and am now at my holiday destination enjoying food and company.

Lorraine was very professional and thorough, suggested great cleaning tips, she is a good communicator and explained every part of the procedure.
