Calm and relaxing
Had another appointment with Lorraine, my hygienist. Everything went well. Lorraine is very thorough yet gentle during checkup, absolutely no discomfort whatsoever. My teeth always feel squeaky clean after this procedure. I would recommend her to anyone requiring her talents, absolutely lovely lady, and a very calm and relaxing environment to visit.

Hygienist appointment
Today I visited Helen’s Bay Dental for one of my annual hygienist appointments. It was a most relaxing experience, a friendly welcome and catch up with the staff before settling down in the chair for my assessment.
After getting the perfect score of Zero and some helpful advice about maintenance, I left glad that Helens Bay Dental Team were looking after my teeth.

My experience
