Very impressed
My hygienist Gill, made me very comfortable as she listened to me on my sensitive areas, making my visit less scary than I hyped myself up for. This stood out for me as she wasn’t forceful in any way and still got the job done. Very impressed.

Recommended
I have required a lot of treatment in the last year of all types - implants, root canal filings, crowns etc etc. And for someone not keen on dentists Helen’s Bay Dental has been a revelation! All the staff from reception on have been so understanding and professional and the equipment is so high tech not a twinge was felt!!
I have already recommended several friends to join this practice.

Very considerate, courteous
From the first consultation the experience and expertise was very reassuring. The treatment plan was set out and presented, appointments were pencilled in and from the first session of treatment it all went like clockwork. All members of staff are very considerate, courteous and helpful. Initially I had concerns about making the first step but following my experience I have personally received I would have no concerns recommending friends or family or having further treatment carried out at Helen’s Bay Dental.

Amazing dentist.
I cannot thank them enough for all the help they have given me!
My previous dentist, let me down badly after spending thousands of pounds on what were supposed to be implants .
Turns out only two of them actually were and the other three were on a bridge! 🥹
I have always attended the dentist on a regular basis and looked after my teeth properly because I have a degenerative immune disease .
The staff listened to my concerns and treated me accordingly, with kindness and concern.
The first time I have ever had a molar extracted, without ending up with a dry socket !
Still some more work to be done, but I thank them for it all !

Always a nice experience
My hygienist Lorraine was so lovely and gentle and gave me some great advice about my oral care. The receptionist (I dont know her name) was also super friendly. Always a nice experience visiting the surgery.
