So went to have a consultation re implants.Right from the moment I went in I felt instantly comfortable.Very friendly staff and a lot of high tech equipment used. Gareth was amazing. He listened to me and I had scans etc. The staff were amazing, really reassuring and friendly. Big shout out to Georgia who chatted as I waited to be collected. I totally trust the Practice to provide me with the Smile 😁 I've dreamt about xx

Gill is an amazing hygienist , so gentle and understanding.
Having attending several dental clinics over the years, I have never found one as understanding and caring as Helen’s Bay Dental Practice.

5 star treatment
I had my hygienist appointment today with Omar who delivered 5 star treatment. Made to feel very at ease and further tips given to me to assist in my ongoing maintenance inbetween my appointments. I have been going to Helen’s Bay Dental Practice since 2018 and can’t recommend it highly enough. I simply love the visits to my dentist.

Root canal treatment
First time having a root canal treatment with Mark Kennedy and his very able assistant. Mark explained everything in fine detail, the what, why’s and where, kept me fully informed during the whole procedure. Very thorough and professional treatment, I felt in very good hands.

On the 1/12/25 I was nervous and apprehensive as I was beginning my dental implant journey. I didn’t know what to expect but I needn’t have worried as the Dentist Edward and dental nurses Beata and Alison put me at ease immediately. Before I knew it my teeth were out and my posts were in. I felt no pain and was supported through it all. A few hours later my temporary implant arch was fitted and already I could smile with confidence. They are a wonderful team and everyone I have been in contact with has been pleasant helpful and supportive. Just another few weeks and I will have my permanent implants. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. I would 100% recommend Helen’s Bay dental to anyone who is still thinking about taking the first step towards implants. Thank you to everyone in this amazing dental practice. I am counting down the days to my permanent teeth.
Today I got my permanent teeth and I am absolutely delighted and as always the care was 5 star. Thanks to everyone
