Gareth used his comprehensive dental skills to carry out major repairs over a lengthy consultation. This required focused technical ability, great attention to detail and a lot of patience. There was no rush during the procedure and he was ably supported by his knowledgeable dental nurse. The results were outstanding; what a great job. Thank you both.

Very pleasant and cheerful
My appointment today was with hygienist Gill. I first had a lovely chat with receptionist Sophie, she told me about all the changes and updates in the practice, the new building across the road with hygiene surgery, dental laboratory and office, leaving more surgery space in the main building. Sophie was very friendly and upbeat about the practice, the 10-minute wait (I was early) was so enjoyable we could have chatted for longer!
I then saw hygienist Gill in her upstairs surgery, she had carried out some work on a previous appointment and was very pleased at my overall mouth health, great! Gill was very friendly and excited about the new surgery, a most enjoyable visit, I felt totally at ease throughout!
Everyone was very pleasant and cheerful which makes for a great atmosphere, thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Helens Bay Dental Practice today!
