I phoned in on Friday morning with a minor problem and was given an appointment for 2 45 pm that afternoon. All Covid regulations were adhered to. I was seen promptly, and as always my treatment was excellent.

My treatment from Gareth and the team from day one has been excellent. I had a bridge for a long number of years and this has been replaced by a number of implants. My experience has been excellent by a highly professional, caring and friendly team. Would recommend the practice all the time.

Very professional and informative staff- v impressed with dr lidia ferrito i have received periodental treatment from her and she placed an implant today for me with ease . Her humour makes my visits more relaxing and i feel confident in her hands - her stitching skills are good too

I have recently moved to the Practice and have totally delighted with everything.
The Team kead by Gareth & Amanda and all the girls are fabulous. I have had to go a number of occasions and each time the treatment is fully explained and the costs forecasted so no nasty surprises.
The team ate totally professional, courteous and always friendly.. it makes the visits a lot easier..

I was very apprehensive about going to my first treatment at Helens Bay Dental, thankfully Gareth and his team made the whole experience pain free and amazing! Following check-in by Amanda, my procedure was explained in detail and I was given the opportunity to discuss my fears which were totally allayed. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and care I received, and it sounds strange to say, but I’m pain free now, and looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve just finished implant treatment. I was initially apprehensive but I was given excellent information from Glenda. The procedure was never painful .. just a bit uncomfortable at the time. I had no pain afterwards as was given pain relief. Although it took five months from beginning to end it was well worth the wait. I’m delighted with my new implant. Gareth and his staff are so pleasant, caring and provide an excellent service. I would have no hesitation in undergoing this treatment again if the need arises.
