On my recent visit to Helen's Bay Dental Practice, I received a phone call to inform me that the surgery was ready for me to enter the practice safely because of corvid, upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly and efficient, then taken straight to the surgery. My dental nurse was lovely and friendly making me feel very confident and comfortable. My dentist Gareth is absolutely wonderful really friendly and makes you feel very welcome and relaxed. The practice itself is absolutely spotless and very modern with all the most up-to-date equipment. Every step of your treatment is explained to you.
I would highly recommend Helen's Bay Practice, 5 star treatment.

A second appointment recently when I had 3 hours of invasive dentistry with no pain and even post surgery I didn’t have to take a paracetamol …can only highly recommend !

Always Friendly, always smiling from the minute you walk in, to minute you leave. They take care of you so much. Always makes you feel at ease. Sarah is amazing! Very professional, She's like super woman. Staff are always so pleasant. If you have to go to a dentist this would be it. Absolutely Fantastic.
