Helens Bay Dental Practice

After a bad experience with my previous dental practice I was left unsatisfied with the level of care and service. I still had a few issues that were not fixed or resolved after a good few appointments. It felt things were getting worse and not better with every appointment.
So I made the decision to leave this practice feeling extremely upset and stressed out and didn’t know where to turn to for help. I was very anxious putting my trust in another dentist practice. So I spoke with friends who recommended me to Helen’s bay dental practice.

Well there is light at the end of the tunnel after all. I’ve been with Helens bay dental practice for nearly 3+ years. And I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Gareth is a true professional and very meticulous and can only be described as an expert having the best of equipment and tools available to hand.
The level of care and attention to detail is second to none and is well beyond any dental practice I’ve been to before. Within a few appointments with Gareth any issues that my previous dentist couldn’t fix were resolved by Gareth. I had a crown fitted and root canal done and this fixed my issue instantly which was a missive relief, now pain free and it also regained my convenience in Helens bay.

I then focused on the Gap in my upper teeth that has been on my mind for many years from a young child. I never really smiled for a photo as I felt embarrassed with the gap it was cringe worthy. I then had the confidences to speak up and trust Gareth and asked the question what can be done about the gap. Between Gareth and Sarah the decision taken was to have some teeth whitening before the treatment then fit X4 Veneers which was fitted within a few hours. I then had a smile that I never thought I would ever experience. This was a missive transformation and a convenience boost for me and I cannot express how easy, painless and simple this procedure was. My only regret is that I didn’t find Helen bay many years before to get this fixed.

Not only does Gareth provided a top quality service for his patients, the other staff contribute and provide a second to none service too. From the receptionist to the hygienist they all play a missive part within this practice. I’m extremely gratefully to be apart of this practice and cannot recommend Helens bay highly enough.

A first class service, friendly staff, best dentist in Helens Bay. Takes great care where pain is concerned , always up to date with the latest equipment and procedures. Worth the extra costs to get excellent service. Even through Covid 19 the attention to detail has been first class and personal safety is always assured.

High standard of professional care. Expert diagnostics and treatment plan. Skilled practitioners working as a well coordinated team for dental implant insertion and follow up.
Well organised practice particularly at this time of Covid 19.
Perhaps a need for larger premises.
