Great consultation, everything explained, state of the art facilities but still have the personal touch.

I have been attending this practice, in present hands, for over 20 years. It is well run and well equipped, with excellent friendly and helpful staff.
Currently well organised and equipped for the Covid 19 onslaught.

I can only say that the care and professionalism shown by all was second to none, thank you very much.

Fantastic dental care. I was provided with three options to choose from as I wanted to make my smile more aesthetically pleasing. The team took considerable time and effort to ensure that my new front tooth crown was the right colour and fit. The result is amazing. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

My partner has been recommending this practice to me for years now and I finally
decided to visit for my consultation just this month. For years I have been going to a NHS
Dentist in Bangor and have been passed around with first year dentists straight from university. Every time visiting the dentist, a new dentist and I felt I wasnt getting a professional service.

On my first visit to helensbay practice I was impressed with the new guidelines because if Covid, they were very well prepared upon arriving, tempature taken etc.

Everybody I have met to date seems very pleasant, professional and very particular in what they do especially Gareth the Dentist. Yes you do get what you pay for, there is no doubting that. The new 3d scanning equipment is fascinating to see, every possible view of your teeth allowing full inspection in amazing detail. My teeth have been a concern to me for some time.

We have already started on repairing some faulty fillings just after joining, and hopefully continue repairing the damaged teeth. The practice offers a denral plan like many otheres resulting in benifits such as free check ups and hygienists appointments and also 15% off treatments, that together with the professional service you recieve, this is why Iwould recommend the practice.

Fantastic service, personal touch, made you feel safe and welcome on arrival. The practice uses state of the art technology to manage each case and has adjusted opening times to ensure flexibility for customers. would highly recommend.

I recently visited for a checkup with Gareth. Compared to my old dentist the process was chalk and cheese. Seeing the live 3D scanned image of my teeth was amazing and allowed me to see every angle and area of concern in my mouth. Even with COVID restrictions, the visit was seamless and I felt reassured I was in safe hands. I'd highly recommend Helens Bay Dental!

Very professional and friendly service. The current health guidelines and regulations were adhered to from I arrived until I left which out fuss or inconvenience. My treatment was explained to me in detail and I felt my welfare was being monitored throughout, overall I felt I was in safe hands and the experience was a positive one. I would recommend this practice if you are considering dental implants or any other dental reatment.

I recently went back to this dental practice after lockdown. They are meticulous about hygiene and safety and I felt most comfortable getting a routine hygienist procedure with Lorraine. I was impressed at how easily they managed the appointment. I have been with this practice for over 30 years and would never dream of going anywhere else!
