I recently had to have a tooth removed by my current dentist after the root became cracked, hating the big gap in my mouth my husband and I decided I should go back to Helensbay as I had been a patient a couple of years ago for a lot of implant work. On booking my appointment for a scan I felt very much like I was going to be looked after as I was very anxious 1st time around and I know what to expect. Glenda talked me through the procedures again and was more than helpful and understanding.
When you arrive at the practice there is always a welcoming candle flickering at reception, beautiful glossy magazines to distract you and the gentle buzz of Alexis or Amanda busy at work.
I would have no trouble recommending Helensbay, the treatment I received more than 2 years ago has lead me back to their door again. I look forward to having my new implant in place and getting back my winning smile!

I've been attending Helen's Bay dental practice since I was a kid (a very long time ago) and I can safely say all of the following statements are true:
Helpful and knowledgeable staff, state of the art equipment and of course, most importantly of all, I've never had any unpleasant or painful experiences whilst having dental work done.
There are cheaper places to go but when your teeth and gums are at stake, I'd far rather pay an extra couple of ££s and know that it had been done properly. My 1 and only crown has lasted years and never given me any bother.
Any work that ever needs to be done is always explained in easily understandable terms and is always carried out with minimum fuss and a very skilled hand.
