Amazing technology
Feeling very happy with my first new patient appointment. Lovely welcome from Claire on reception and from Shelley who made all the photos and talked me through the process today. Amazing technology being used to great advantage for me as a patient and information for the dentist in order to decide treatments.

So happy I chose to use Helens Bay Dental Practice to have two dental implants placed! From the first consultation with Gareth and then treatment with Edward and team, I cannot fault the service! Each step of the process was explained clearly, so I knew what to expect and when.
Couldn't be more pleased with how my teeth turned out and having the confidence to smile big and wide is fantastic 😁

Following severe toothache I was given an immediate review by Sarah. I then had a root removed by another highly skilled & qualified specialist Mark Kennedy. The time & dedication to do a thorough job was remarkable. Thank you to both dentists & the lovely nurse & reception staff on an amazing service. I went to the hygienist today for a routine clean and had such a great experience. Gill was amazing – she instantly put me at ease with her knowledge and experience, and took the time to address my concerns about my gums. I also received a lovely warm welcome from Shelley, the nurse, who provided excellent support throughout my treatment. Both made the whole visit really comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommend!
