Receptionist very nice, went through my query, checked if needed to pay, got me my appointment after work.
And hygienist was lovely as well, makes sure you are ok before starts and explains what needs to be done.

She made regular checks to ensure I was feeling OK and that she could continue her work.
She checked that I was happy with the completed treatment.
She gave advice on managing any discomfort after treatment.
She was polite and friendly and I never felt that she was rushed or pressurised to get the session over with

The dentist I saw was very approachable, kind and attentive. Made me feel at ease.

Emergency appointment
I rang the surgery in the morning and was given an emergency appointment for the afternoon. My dentist is William Tai, who is always polite, professional and friendly. He treated my troublesome tooth efficiently, and I was out of the surgery within half an hour of my arrival. All the staff are friendly and polite.
