Fabulous
My regular dentist was on holiday and I was apprehensive about changing. This was the first time I had received treatment from this guy and I’ve got to say his skills and attention to detail were fabulous - the best dental treatment without doubt in my 60 plus years on the planet.

Happy with everything at the surgery
The cleanliness when entering, the staff are really nice on reception on welcoming you and when arranging your next appointment or treatment plan, I see Mr Tai he is really nice and has time for you if needing to chat about your treatment and advice and I’m always pleased with any work I have done also his assistant too is nice , on overall my visits are good and happy with everything at the surgery.

The efficiency of 'booking-in' staff and appointment time being adhered to.
Dr Thomas explained procedures and 'gum readings' and his friendly persona.
Sophie and her assistant are equally pleasant and professional, explaining the procedure in full, treatment was painless and when I enquired about having my teeth whitened Sophie was very helpful. Excellent service.

The staff were absolutely wonderful.
Could not have asked for any better.
They were so supportive. And put me at ease as I was really nervous. And the dentist was brilliant so gentle, and did a perfect job. So happy with everyone that helped me through it.
