My experience

The staff are excellent but have marked down as I had to wait well over 20 min from my appointment time to be seen, with no indication that there may be a delay in my appointment.

Approachable and knowledgeable

The dentist was approachable and knowledgeable, made us feel at ease and answered any questions we as had.
We were seen on time ( no lengthy wait had in the past).
Receptionist was polite and pleasant.

Emergency

I came to the surgery without an appointment having lost a filling while eating.
I didn't know whether I would be seen or not, but everyone was extremely helpful and after waiting for around an hour, I was seen by Dr. Tai, who is my own dental surgeon and the problem was fixed.

Very patient & kind

The student dentist I had was lovely. She explained what she was doing but was also friendly & chatty. Lovely girl in general. The qualified dentist checking her work (Bob) was lovely too. Very patient & kind to the student, friendly to me. Didn't ignore me like the one on a visit before.
