Put me at ease

On time, very pleasant and polite. Needed to be referred to a hospital but reassured me it was just to be sure, it was nothing bad. Lovely person as I do not like the dentist, he put me at ease.

Always a pleasure going, reception staff are friendly and helpful, Thomas is an amazing dentist, he puts you at ease and Sophie the hygienist has sorted my gum problem, she too is amazing, I would highly recommend this practice.
