Appointment
Been using it for a while now, it’s a great dentist. Dr tai is an excellent dentist and a pleasant guy. The only small criticism is asked if I pay for treatment in front of other patients. I’ve worked since I was 17 but last few years been unable to, and I get embarrassed when asked. This should be confidential. Apart from that a great dentist.

You do have the option of completing the forms sent to you before your appointment so you can do this in the comfort of your own house, or you can ask reception if you can complete the forms in private, where you will be taken to another room or they will be completed in surgery. Implementation of the new IT system has not been handled well. Receptionists were trying their best but had obviously not received adequate training on the new system and were struggling to cope. This led to long waits and delays at Reception.

After having an infection and needing to have a tooth extracted. I was booked in straight away with the possibility of a wait at the practice. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving, the staff were amazing, caring and professional. The dentist made sure I was fully numb before attempting to pull the tooth and I didn't feel a thing. 100% Recommended
