My experience

The two ladyies that took care of me really calmed me down when they knew how bad I felt being at the dentist but the dentist man himself was quite rude just because I couldn’t pronounce his name correctly he said would I like it if he called me a different name I did say that it wouldn’t bother me as am not that kind of person to let things like that get to me.

My experience

No complaints over actual treatment but wasn’t happy with staff service as to payment of treatment which on first visit paid the balance and was told that was it and included the scale and polish on my return and then to try charge again but refused so I think staff need to be re trained as to what payments apply and when to give correct information to there patients so it doesn’t make it an awkward situation for everyone.
