At ease right from the minute I walked in
Excellent, polite and friendly staff made me feel at ease right from the minute I walked into the practise as a new client, I had an exam and polish and felt very safe, covid restrictions in place I will definitely recommend and return for follow up treatment.

Recent appointment
My appointment was timed for 10.10, had to sit in waiting room for 20 mins with other patients, not good in covid times.
My checkup with Dr Tai was excellent as usual.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your last visit. There may be reasons why the water scaler wasn't used for your clean. Generally if you only have a small amount of build up to remove or sufer from sensitivity, then the hand scalers are used instead.
