So happy with the results
I'm so happy with the results. My filling fell out and it left me with little tooth left at the front and Bogdan rebuilt it so that it now looks like a new tooth. I am so pleased with it. Thank you so much Genesis!

Very gentle and informative
Dr Kyrgiannis is the nicest dentist I've had in a while, very gentle and informative in a nice way and not patronising like some! The lovely dental nurse is fab too not sure of her name but she's a credit to your practice.

Always makes me feel safe
Thomas my dentist is very calming and he always makes me feel safe. It was the first time I had been to the dental hygiene and the lady went though everything.

Dental appointment
The dental nurse did not introduce herself to me and grabbed the bib on my chest without warning at the end of the treatment. I was also crying and tense throughout the procedure and she did nothing to comfort me. I even had to ask for tissue to wipe the blood and water from my face as she had not provided this to me.The dentist himself was lovely and the work done is fine but the nurse spoiled the visit.

The nurse with your dentist that day was not one of our employed nurses, she was a locum nurse come to help us out. The agency have been informed and this should never happen again.
