Gentle with all the treatment
When I walk into the room for my treatment I get worked up and panic. But this time before he started my treatment we had a chat why I don't like the dentist. And the more I went to see him for treatment I was more calmer. He was go great with the treatment he was gentle with all the treatment I had . I did at first think once I had 1 tooth out I would not go back but I did as I felt better every time. And the young lady who helps him too she was very nice too. We talked that helped me too and her role in her job was higher as she did her job well. I give them 100 percent and more, just hope next time I have to see dentist again that he still with you.

Calm and helpful
Professional and very friendly treatment from both Dr Tai and the dental nurse. Receptionist was very busy for several minutes but remained calm and helpful. I have been a patient with Genesis many years. Thank you for all your care.

Made sure that I was comfortable
My appointment was at 8.40am and had soon as I arrived I was called in to be treated. Dr William Tai has been my dentist for years now and he's still just as lovely. He made sure that I was comfortable multiple times throughout the whole process (fillings) and I can't thank him and the team enough.

Very satisfied with the end results
Had an extensive range of dental work carried out from start to finish with as little pain as possible, any issues were fixed on the next appointment promptly. Very satisfied with the end results, extremely satisfied.
