Hi Marta, I am really sorry about your wait, unfortunately due to the nature of the appointment, it can quite often take loner than expected. Patients often book for a check up and present with a lost filling or tooth ache etc. but we try our best to help them and run on time too. Once again I apologise for your wait .

I scored 5 purely for Sophie - she's not only an excellent hygienist who is hugely helpful and personable but she is also such a positive person who demonstrates each and every time I see her, that she loves her work and genuinely wants to help people.

I registered with Genesis Dental Practice after many many years of not having dental treatment due to a previous bad experience at a other practice. I was treated with the upmost kind consideration and didn't have anything done that I was uncomfortable with due to my deep fear and phobia. Thank you.
