Absolutely brilliant. Both staff members were very professional and reassuring as I have some gum disease. I was shown the best way to brush both teeth and gums to ensure that plaque could not build up and cause a problem. Sophie even wrote me a little note on what to use, do and expect. Back in 3 months and she has already told me how she wants these visits to progress.

Emergency appointment
I went in with severe tooth pain from a filling falling out. My tooth needed extracting but to put me on while I wait for hospital appointment, the dentist emergency cleaned, prepared and filled it for me. Its still sensitive but I managed to get some sleep after 4 days of none. Thanks Genesis!!

First visit
It's the first time I've been to the dentist in over 20 year's due to fear, thomas my dentist was so understanding and kind, the staff on reception also kind, feel more at ease now so when go back for another checkup I'll be more relaxed.
