Dental appointment
Had to wait 30 minutes beyond my appointment time and the room looked like it needed a clean and did not look sterile sorry for the bad review but I haven't experienced this before and I've been with this surgery for a few years now, I hope they improve by my next appointment in August.

Sorry to hear your appointment ran late, due to the nature of the appointment it can sometimes take longer than expected to treat a patient, whilst we do try to anticipate this sometimes it is unavoidable. Unfortunately this has a knock on effect for the next few patients. Once again I apologise for your wait. As for the cleanliness of the surgery, the surgeries aren't sterile but the cleanliness will be looked into immediately.

Nice practice
Self check-in good. Dentists are generally nice/gentle. Thomas was great. Had a bad experience with a dental nurse but since then have had lovely ones, appreciate my wishes being adhered to. Nice practice.
