The surgery is always accessible. The staff are very professional and portray a high level of knowledge. At all times you are kept informed of treatment and given options when further work required.

Recent dental appointment

Reception not manned on entering. No problem using booking machine but a patient was stood waiting to speak to someone for over 10 minutes.
I have a severe phobia of dentists but no one seems to appreciate this and was kept waiting well past my appointment time when my appointment was first in clinic that afternoon.

So sorry about your wait, we do always try to run to time but due to the nature of the appointments the dentist can run over. As for reception I must apologise for your wait, we have been very short staffed due to illness and unfortunately on some days reception have had to cover both front and back receptions, no excuse but I hope you accept my sincere apologises.
