My dentist Rebecca is brilliant! She not only looks after my teeth, gums, and oral hygiene, she genuinely cares about her patients. Rebecca made me feel comfortable and listened to me making me feel like she had all the time in the world for me, although I know how busy the dentists are. A true asset to the business. Thank you

Waiting time has been half an hour but rest was fine. Good outlook. Nice, courteous staff especially Rebecca the dentist doctor and the receptionist

My service with my dentist and Sophie the hygienist was brilliant however my experience with the lady on reception was appalling. When I come in for my appointment she never greeted me, no morning, hello or nothing. Then when I gave her my appointment time she said “yes, take a seat” no thank you, no manners at all, very abrupt. However I let that slide because we all have a bad day and maybe she was concentrating on something etc etc. I then finished with my appointments and needed to re-book. While I was re-booking I kindly asked this same lady (blonde) never seen her before to be honest on the reception if she could tell me where my partner was on the joining list, the list I got him added to around 2/3 years ago. All the previous receptionists have given me a rough idea in the past, however again very abrupt and said I can’t give you that information, it’s private. Which I disagreed with, I wasn’t asking for her to give me his name or phone number just a number on the list that I put him on. He isn’t even registered yet so in my opinion there are no personal details to even give out and I work with data protection all day everyday and I do not believe giving me a number on a list for my partner is preach of confidential. So she continued to argue with me to the point I said we’ll agree to disagree, then went on to tell me that even if she could give me a number that wouldn’t be a time frame as it’s one in one out. Her whole attitude just stunk. Luckily I don’t mind the dentist but 90% people don’t like the dentist and want a nice warm welcome. This lady was far from it and needs to learn some customer service skills. I’ve been with this dentist for many years and this lady is the first time I’ve ever experienced a bad experience in that dentist.

My appointment was on time and I am very pleased with the help and care given to me.

I am extremely nervous about dental visits, the staff were amazing, really helpful with paper work and eased my nerves. Explaining that visits would be at my pace to make me more comfortable. Honestly, amazing staff.

The dentists and assistants are lovely, Sophie is the best dental nurse by far.
However the receptionist is rather unprofessional, needs to sit up in her chai,r take out the gum and maybe fake a smile

Brilliant visit today, no waiting, very pleasant dentist. Thank you, will come again but not too often though.
