Sorry that you were not happy with the treatment but the toothpaste part is not the essential part of the Deep clean, its not really necessary. However if you mention it next time to the dentist I'm sure they will be happy to use it .

Run on time and is thorough

William Tai is a great dentist. Seems to run on time and is thorough when treating you. The practice is clean and tidy.

Amazing, cannot thank him enough

I have had traumatic experiences with previous dentists but Dr Thomas was amazing, cannot thank him enough for helping and making me feel comfortable. He is a 10 out of 10 star.

Good service

Good service, will always try to accommodate in an emergency although it is very rare this is required it gives peace of mind. Staff friendly and try to offer best service.

The dental care was very good
