My experience was a pleasure, both the dentist and the assistant were very professional and helpful. I am deaf and both were very patient and explained everything to me, an overall relaxing experience. Thank you.

Dental appointment

Have had to visit on 2 more occasions as the filling you gave me has fallen out. Hopefully this recent attempt will take hold. Your warm welcoming team and speedy resolve on these issues have left me happy to stay with you but my partner who was going to enlist is now waiting to see the outcome of this treatment. I hope I can push this back up to 5 and my partner is reassured to join me as one of your clients.

I can find no fault with the practice

From appointment to treatment I can find no fault with the practice. My dentist is Mr Tia , apart from being a good dentist he is a gentleman and makes you feel like you are the only person he treats.

Very gentle and calm

I am absolutely terrified at going to the dentist but the gentleman I have seen the last few times is very gentle and calm with me which eases my anxiety.

Friendly staff, made me feel comfortable and calm as I can be quite nervous at the dentist. Professional and talked me through what the procedure so I understood what was going on at every step. Finally happy at a dentist!
