Dental appointment
I had not really nice experience yesterday. I sat on dentist's chair and I've been only asked for general health conditions (allergies etc). The dentistdidn't asked if I've got any issue or concerns just without telling me or even asking for my permission started cleaning my teeth. I felt like she was doing it without bothering if she causing me any pain, just doing it as quick as she can. Very unprofessional. I was happy with the service before, after yesterday's appointment I can say it was my last visit. Very, very disappointed. Only the lady at reception was nice and professional

Cannot fault my dentist
Brilliant. Cannot fault my dentist, he is fantastic and really friendly. Happy that I am seeing the same person now as I kept being bounced around a few years ago. Been here for years and don no plan on changing, all staff are really friendly.

Emergency treatment
I needed emergency treatment and was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The problem initially occurred away from home but appointments were arranged and rearranged in a considerate and friendly manner by Tracy on reception. Treatment and advice was excellent as always from Dr Tai. Exactly what I needed.Thank you.

I have been treated very professional on all of my visits, been made relaxed by dentist and dental nurse they explained everything I needed to know and made me feel at ease as a dentist visit can be stressful enough but when staff go out of there way to make you feel safe and relaxed this in itself helps a lot, thank you.

Recent dental appointment
Unhappy experience with new dentist. He wasn't thorough. Took a quick look in my mouth & told me it was fine. Didn't check my crowns, didn't take x-rays even though I reported a problem and didn't do any cleaning. So paid £21.60 for him to look in my mouth and tell me I've got teeth! Won't be going back!
