Great dentist and dental nurse

Great dentist and dental nurse, usually terrified of going but they soon calmed me down and after a few visits in a row was ready for the next appointment with no worries.

Recent dental appointment

It was great that I was given an appointment so quickly as I was ina lot of pain but when I saw the dentist I was rushed, things was put in my face to sign and not explained as to what I was signing and the dentist spoke so fast that I had no idea what she had said I had to then ask the receptionist if she could explain to me but she had no idea because my notes were in a different language! I walked out deflated and annoyed and I am even contemplating moving. Where has the care and friendliness and professionalism gone ????

I am really sorry that you felt rushed, I've looked at your notes and they are definitely in English, all our dentists are fluent both reading and writing in English, so I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. Maybe next time we can put you with a different Dentist as I understand its quite a stressful experience, especially when you're in a lot of pain. If there's anything I can do please do not hesitate to contact the practice.

Dental appointment

My experience of the dental practice is good and I get clear ideas of what to expect. My recent visit meant that I hope to get and keep all my own teeth for as long as possible. I believe that protection is better than curing rotten teeth.

Gentle and thorough

Both Thomas and hygienist were and always are gentle and thorough, they always explain any treatment needed plus recommend anything I can do to improve my own dental care at home.
