At ease and relaxed

The dentist and his assistant both made me feel at ease and relaxed, the first time I have ever been comfortable going to see a dentist. I hope I get to see the same one next time.

Great with my children

I always find the staff to be professional and helpful. Any queries are dealt with in a friendly manner. The surgery is nearly always running on time. They are accommodating of my schedule. They are great with my children. We have never had a negative experience.

Dental appointment

I came to the dentist in pain had a x-ray done the dentist I saw said I had a infection under the tooth. But did absolutely nothing to get me out of pain. All the dentist cared about was me signing the paperwork for them to get paid for doing absolutely nothing. I have to get taxis all the way from Dodworth it cost me £7 there and £7 back and all she wanted to do is for me to come back Monday I cannot keep affording taxes every week because you can't do your job properly.!

Any patient that requests sedation for treatment needs to be referred as this is not available in practice. By law we have to obtain written consent for any course of treatment, even emergency treatment. The dentist needs to see you on a regular basis to prevent problems arising as when they do flare up they can't always be treated immediately .Therefore we recommend that you attend regular dental exams to maintain good oral health.
