A pleasant caring environment
Trainee Anna and Nurse, Lee, were most impressive. Solicitous towards me at all times. Anna explained each on-going procedure. Her demeanour and confidence in turn made me confident and relaxed - horrible having scaling done of course but it certainly makes for a positive experience when there is a pleasant caring environment.

Barnsley Dental Practice
I've been a patient for 17 years, in the last 4 I've been disabled, you know my problem but persistently ask me to have my treatment upstairs even though I've repeatedly told you my treatment needs to be downstairs. All I can say is you show lack of respect and facilities for disabled people who use your services, you've got the ramp but not the lift. Poor management or pure greed to the theme of money. I am in 2 minds whether to report the incident that happened to me yesterday and on numerous occasions before, you can't treat people like that disabled or not.

I'm really sorry that you were booked into the wrong surgery, but the nurse was trying to tell you that a downstairs surgery was available and we could see you in that surgery. I realise you were upset and rightly so, be we could have seen you down stairs but I think you were too upset to realise that she was offering to move your appointment to a suitable surgery. There is a note on your file now for future appointments to be made in an accessible surgery. I can assure you that we do care about our patients and try to always put them first, and money is not our priority here at Genesis, our patients are. Treatment is painless
I don't like visiting the dentist due to a bad experience when I was younger. However that's now unfounded, the treatment is painless with great detail on what they need to do to make things better. Thank you.

Recent dental appointment
Dentist is not my favourite place however on my recent visit I had a filling and clean, didn't feel a thing, everybody pleasant and on time, no complaints. Happy Christmas!

Great treatment
All students I saw were professional, the 2 tutors I met were supportive of the students and I felt I got great treatment on all my recent visits..I was a bit unsure about being seen by a student, but certainly don't feel this way now.
