Dental appointment

I had to wait 35 mins on the first appointment whereby I had to rearrange. This cost me money and time from work. However, if I was late, you would have charged me.

I am so sorry that you had to wait 35 minutes for your appointment, we do try our up most to run on time, however sometimes this is unavoidable due to the nature of the appointment as some patients for whatever reason take longer than the time allotted them. We don't charge for late or missed appointments. Please accept our sincere apologies .
