Dentists that listen to your fears
Courteous staff and efficient staff that put you at ease. Dentists that listen to your fears and help you to over come them by explaining everything at each step. I would have no hesitation in recommending to my family and friends.

Dentist was very nice
Dentist was very nice. Explained what she thought was the prognosis for my tooth. Proceeded to place a filling in the tooth and a further appointment made for Jan 2019.

A good practice
All staff are polite and nice, every time I go to the dentist the dentist and his assistant are kind and helpful, I have a few serious illnesses and they help as much as they can overall a good practice.

Very happy with the treatment
Only had check ups so far but am very happy with the treatment I have received from the dentist. I have also never had any issues with making or changing appointment times with the surgery staff.

I like the self check in and the fact it tells you approx waiting time which is a bonus for anxious patients . Staff friendly and efficient. Text reminder excellent.

The most gentle and caring dentist
We have been patients of Dr Tai ever since his student days. He is the most gentle and caring dentist I have ever been to. My children have been coming to him since they were babies and he has made what can be a scary ordeal a normal part of life. In fact, they've usually fought over who is first in the chair! The practice is always spotlessly clean and the whole team, from reception to the nurses, are always lovely. As a family of four, we wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you.

The skill, professionalism and tenacity of the dentist who carried out my extraction yesterday was exemplary. A difficult and complex exercise to remove a stubborn root. The whole experience was pain free and his commentary on what he was doing put my mind at rest. Great job, thank you so much to both the dentists who carried out the surgery.
