It was an excellent experience by your staff, the dentist was very professional and expanded what was going to be involved in the treatment. And the dental nurse, both a credit to your surgery.

I'm so sorry to hear that, I think that I remember the day, we had a number of emergency appointment that developed into more complex treatments and the patients needed Urgent care. It is very unfortunate for the people who are waiting but I'm afraid there is not a lot we can do as these patients need to be treated
It obviously delays people waiting to see the dentist. We would always offer to still see the patient or re-book if the patient can't wait. Again please accept our apologies.
