Knowledgeable in the field of dentistry

Dentist was gentle and patient, and having extremely sensitive teeth, he met my individual needs. Knowledgeable in the field of dentistry and not the usual 'conveyor belt' practice I have experienced with others.

The dentist was very caring

The dentist was very caring and had time to explain things to me about how to brush my teeth which I never new the proper way and all the other staff were very friendly and waiting time is good. I would recommend you to friends and family.

I'm really sorry that you had a 25 minute wait for your appointment. We do try very hard to run on time but sometimes it's unavoidable as we never know what problems the patient might have once they get in surgery . Glad you were ok with your treatment.

I'm so sorry you had to wait a long time but unfortunately due to the nature of the appointment we cant always tell what's going to happen in surgery. A regular Exam cans swiftly change into an emergency appointment unfortunately. We do try wherever possible to avoid this but sometimes it can't be helped. I'm gad that once you saw the dentist it was a positive experience for you :-)

I have full trust in my dentist

I have a health problem which affects my teeth and I have always had excellent treatment from Genesis. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and I have full trust in my dentist Thomas who has always been extremely pleasant, helpful and talked me through all my treatments.

Easy to book online, surgery has had a renovation and looks fab. Saw a new dentist who was lovely! Even the receptionist was lovely when I went to pay. Brilliant
