Arrived early, pleasant receptionist, appointment time only 5 mins. late so acceptable. Dentist and assistant very courteous, explained procedure fully and treatment was thorough and, most important, PAINLESS.

Polite, Welcoming and Very Caring
All the staff working there are really lovely, professional, polite, welcoming and are very caring, both Dr Tia and his assistant are brilliant i always feel at ease when attending my appointments and know my treatment is done honestly with no pressure and pain free when having any treatment.

Teeth are Perfect because of you
I have been with Genesis for many years. If not for Dr Tai I would now be wearing dentures. My grandsons teeth are near to perfect because of you. However my teeth are no good anymore but I am so scared I dare'nt come.

Doctor Tie is a honest friendly dentist, I know when I go that he is not going to tell me I need work that I don't need and I think his attitude to his work generally is excellent.
