It always seems unorganised staff always seem to be off sick..I've only ever seen students when I would prefer to see an experienced dentist.

Hi, thank you for your feedback, I'm really sorry that you have not been completely satisfied with your appointments. If you would like to see a Dentist as opposed to a student then please let reception know when you book and we can book you in with someone else. As for staff being off sick it can be a problem when there are a lot of people working in a very small environment as things go round pretty quickly, but we do try our best to still see patients and run on time.

My wife and I have been with the practice for a few years and find ALL the staff very friendly and welcoming, the premises are always spotless and tidy, we highly recommend it.

Barnsley Dental Practice - Lynton House

This was the most uncomfortable and painful "cleaning" that I've ever experienced. It felt like the dentist was sticking sharp pins into all my gums. It seemed as though he was rushing as fast as he could just to get rid of me. I was very unhappy and will probably rebook with a different dentist next time . A horrible experience

I'm so sorry that you had an uncomfortable experience when you came to see us, unfortunately a scale and polish is never a very nice procedure, having had a few myself I can completely sympathise with you ! I'm sorry you felt rushed too, I will speak to the dentist concerned regarding this matter .
