Dr Tai is a fantastic dentist. I have seen a few over the decades but he has a relaxing and reassuring personality and the rooms are clean with up to date equipment. 10 out of 10.

Thank you for your feedback, the Students here at Genesis are fantastic, they are either in their 4th or 5th year and its thanks to patients like yourself that they can gain hands on experience. The nurses are also a great bunch who really care about their patients and do amazing work to help the students thoroughout their placement, so thank you once again.

Although friendly and helpful I do not always feel that my treatment is good value. When looking at the NHS guidelines for for pricing 'Bands' it appears that my treatment plan (not negotiated or provided) is planned to fall into the higher pricing category - not the most economic!
