As an extremely nervous patient who has had bad experiences with dentists in the past; my experience at the surgery is exceptional. Every effort is made to accommodate any specific needs. I am very impressed that patients are able to see the same dentist over time and that my dentist in particular remembers me and personalises the service he provides.
I am very impressed by the professional manner of the staff and how patients are continually informed of how treatment is progressing and what the options are for treatment. I am always made to feel welcome and I leave feeling like a valued customer. My recommendations to family have resulted in them joining the practice.

The care I have received is outstanding
I was recommended to yourself by a friend as the last dentist I went to didn't care about my health, just money. In the time I've been to you the care I have received is outstanding and I will continue to use this service and recommend anyone to you. They have been great. I have been scared of the dentist from a very young age and they were so understanding and helped me overcome a big part of my fears. I know if there were more dentist like this when I was younger I don't think I would have been so scared, they have helped me through ever step of my treatment, thank you.
