Very understanding for my condition
I have some neurological problems which cause involuntary movements. I was very nervous about seeing the dentist because of these. We explained this and the practitioner I saw was very understanding and gave me reassurances throughout my latest visit. Thank you

Really happy with my dentist
Really happy with my dentist and service he gives me, a really nice person. Staff are good too, they tell me if its running late so have opportunity to rearrange appointment.

All in all - good!
General inspections / check-ups quick and not very thorough, especially when it precedes another set of treatment or if the dentist is behind with appointments, thankfully the follow-on treatment is very good and some of the trainees, where used are generally very thorough and polite. All in all - good!

When I first went to Genesis I was very nervous I even had a cry because I was so scared but the dentist i saw was really nice and he quickly calmed me down talking me through what he was going to do and now I've just had my 3rd visit the staff there are so wonderful and helpful thank you x

I had a massive fear off dentists after a very bad experience years ago, I was referred to genesis for an emergency appointment going I was full of fear but was soon put to ease.
Everyone is very professional and very friendly, I can't thank dentist Bogdan enough for all his hard work over the last few weeks he's been absolutely fantastic!
I now look forward to my appointments instead of avoiding the dentist, Thank you everyone at genesis your all great.
