I've been to this dentist since I was born. Never had a problem but today has shocked me. Because I wrote on Facebook always late because they r always late, the reception staff decided to talk about me while I was sat waiting for my appointment. It wasn't all of them just one in particular very unprofessional. Then they replied to my post saying sorry for being late but we don't want to leave our patience in pain so turning it back onto me. Time for a new dentist I think!

massive thank yous all round from a very anxious and nervous patient! after seeing how lovely everyone is with my 3 grandchildren I plucked up courage to have a check up. A terrible experience as a child makes dental work traumatic for me and it has been made so much more bearable with kind and patient staff. usually sedated for even minor work, yesterday I had a filling without it! not a big deal to many but for me it's a massive achievement! Thank you all so so much! :)
