My experience
My treatment was good. Having to wait 40 mins after my allotted appointment time to be seen wasn’t good at all. I was just informed by the receptionist after being in the waiting room that they were running late and would probably be around 20 minutes late and I was asked if that was ok. What was I supposed to say. I have been waiting for this appointment since 9th December 2024.
There is a sign in the waiting room letting us know how many appointments have been missed. What about letting everyone know how many people have had to wait in the waiting room way over their appointment time. It doesn’t impact me too much because I’m retired but it’s not good enough for anyone who has taken time off work to visit the dentist.

Whilst going to the dentist is often a daunting experience I think Rebecca Armstrong is fantastic. She explains everything that is happening, checks you are okay and is very helpful and friendly.
When I called for an appointment I was able to get one for the same day which was fantastic.
Update September 2025, I had a sudden toothache and called to book in asap, I was able to be seen on a cancellation that afternoon. Rebecca explained what might be causing the pain and all my options. She treated me quickly there and then, making sure I was okay at each stage and I left out of pain. I have nothing negative to say, very thankful to have a great dentist!

Emergency appointment
Went for an emergency appointment due to an issue with a filling. Dr Aftab was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained each step and gave recommendations. He put me at ease for the appointment.

Extraction
I called the practice on Thursday because I had broken a tooth a few days previously, the receptionist found me an appointment for the next day, at my appointment the dentist first took an X-ray of the broken tooth, she then injected the area to numb it, whilst she waited for the tooth to go numb she checked my gums and gave my teeth a descale, when she finished the descale she checked the tooth was numb and began to remove the broken tooth, there wasn’t much of the tooth left but she removed successfully without any problems, I was very happy with the outcome.
