I was seen on time
My check up for today on going dental problems went really well. I was able to book my next appointment, to help improve my dental health, at a convenient time.
All the staff are helpful and friendly. I was seen on time and given thorough treatment.

Very good
Staff are wonderful
The reception staff are wonderful, patient and smiley. Doctor Tai and my hygienist Sophie work their magic and look after me and my treatment, they are so friendly and professional. I am over the moon with my dentist I've used for 20 years.

Explained my options clearly
Only point I would raise is the appointment time was for 09:00 yet didn't get in to see the dentist until 9:20 as there seemed to be an over booking of 9am appointmens
The service was great. Sophie and her assistant were excellent, very friendly and helpful and explained my options clearly and without pressure. Overall very good

We apologise for the delay in your appointment this was due to Sophie being stuck in traffic. We very rarely double book appointments and we do have 7 surgery's running at a time so it can appear that other patient's are being seen before you, we also currently have 2 Sophie's seeing patients which is adding to the confusion as well. My dentist Rebecca Armstrong and her team as usual have done a wonderful job and made me feel at ease especially since I dread dental appointments. She has a soft touch, is highly skilled and creates a calm atmosphere while she works. She's very professional and has a good working relationship with her assistants. Been this morning, been here for years, but lately changing Dentists numerous times. I am not keen on my dentist and he said he won't be staying. Found he was a little rough and he couldn't wait for me to go, not impressed and dont want him again...need someone who is gentle not rough ...no people skills at all !!!! ....

Dentist took the time to explain
Left feeling confident about the future of my teeth. Had teeth missing for a while and didn’t know what options were available for me. Dentist took the time to explain and I now have X-rays booked in and looking forward to a full smile one day.

Definitely recommend
I had an infection and I was given an appointment that morning which was a relief. Dr Tai was lovely as usual. Cleaned my mouth where the infection was and gave me antibiotics. I would definitely recommend Lynton House Dental Practice. Thank you Dr Tai.
