They took the time to listen
Fantastic service. Staff were very friendly and professional. They took the time to listen and communicated well so I knew what to expect. I haven't been to a dentist in a long time but they were very understanding and put me at ease.
Receptionist was also very friendly and attentive from checking in through to payment.

Just had my appointment only for a check up may i add, the lady who booked me in was very polite and courteous. When I was called in to see my dentist, I had the same greeting with a smile, making me so at ease. The same dentist took out my grandsons tooth a couple of months ago, he didn't even know it had been taken out. Thankyou to such wonderful professional kind people you are..

My experience
Staff were absolutely excellent from the first call to finishing treatment. But far too expensive, more than other local private practices so for that reason I'd be unlikely to use again.
