Lynton House Dental Practice

I was taken care of by a student, she was thorough checking for any abnormalities around my jaw neck etc, she then inspected my teeth before giving them a good descaling. She seemed very knowledgeable and her treatment was checked by her tutor who was very happy. I came away very happy.

An appointment at short notice

The service is always good but on this occasion it was an emergency appointment because I was in pain. The receptionist managed to find me an appointment at short notice and after an X-ray and assessment, the tooth was removed there and then. Dr Tai is so professional and reassuring as I am a nervous customer. I can’t speak highly enough of the entire team who have looked after our family's dental care for many years.

Had a 25 minute wait from the appointment time with no explanation or apology, yet another patient turned up 10 minutes late and was told she would have to rebook.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have 7 surgery's running and due to the nature of appointments, it is impossible to always run to time, especially if we are working hard to get people out of pain. We do apologise for the delay to your appointment, but please be assured that we do work hard to see everyone at, or as close to, their appointment time as possible.
